Our Story

Over the last 15 years, we have come together at different points in our lives through medicine, yoga training, nutrition courses and lifestyle medicine.

We always knew that we would like to offer people the opportunity to have time away from their busy lives, to enable them not only to understand more about how to live healthily but also how to take those first steps towards achieving a healthier, more energetic and vibrant life.

Through this shared passion, the vision of lifestyle medicine workshops was founded and cultivated. Our vision is to empower individuals to achieve their optimal health through lifestyle choices.
